These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vesting website at vesting.in (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Vesting provides free informational tools: financial calculators, indicative gold, silver and currency rates, IFSC/SWIFT/PIN code references, and educational articles. The Service is provided for general information and education only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and Vesting is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Our Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
Most of the Service works without an account. If you create one, you agree to:
- provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date;
- keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account;
- notify us promptly via the Contact page if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse or fraud.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in any way that breaks applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or the systems it runs on;
- scrape, bulk-download or republish the Service's data or content at scale without our prior written permission;

- misrepresent Vesting's outputs as personalised professional advice when presenting them to others.
5. Content and intellectual property
The design, text, code and compilation of the Service are owned by Vesting or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the tools and share links or reasonable excerpts with attribution; you may not copy the Service wholesale. Third-party names and trademarks (banks, currencies, institutions) belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.
6. Third-party data and links
Rates and reference data are sourced from third-party providers and public records. We work to keep them current, but we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness — see the Disclaimer. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Service availability — no warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vesting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any financial loss arising from decisions made in reliance on the Service, including calculator outputs, displayed rates or reference data. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

You agree to indemnify Vesting against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we handle it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the current version; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
